You can request an appointment using the “request appointment” button, or, if you are an existing patient, log in to your patient portal with the Simple Practice Client app (click the icon below to get the app)

The patient portal allows you to:

• View provider availability and book an appointment

• Message your provider directly for prescription refills

• Cancel/re-schedule an appointment

• Upload your own documents for your provider to review
